About the position
We seek a talented Demand Planning Manager to lead and develop a team of 6 Demand Planners across Northern Europe.
Your main focus will be enhancing forecast accuracy and bias, leading the S&OP process for Northern Europe, and promoting a continuous improvement mindset.
You'll collaborate closely with colleagues throughout the end-to-end supply chain as a critical liaison for sales, marketing, and category teams.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of demand planners.
- Ensure the forecast aligns with the business strategy and customer/brand/category assumptions.
- Analyse historical sales data (EPOS, Promo), market trends, and customer behaviour to improve forecast accuracy and bias.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Replenishment Planners to maintain a high service level while adhering to obsolete targets.

What's next
The first interviews are scheduled between the 15th & 18th of August, followed by the 2nd interviews during the week of the 21st of August.
