An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Talent Management & Acquisition team in People & Places.

You'll have a meaningful role supporting the People Director develop and implement an integrated talent strategy for Business & Commercial Banking (BCB) and Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).

You'll build and maintain a strong narrative around total talent, drawing on our teams within Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to ensure we continue to have the right people, with the right skills, in the right job

The Integrated Talent Management Lead will be a great partner to the BCB and CIB businesses.

You'll partner with our People teams and business leaders, to reshape the buy, build, borrow approach for the business, aligning it the Divisional People & Culture proposition, and LBG's wider ambitions.

The role goes beyond recruitment, you'll consider other levers we have such as Non-Permanent Workers, Internal Career Mobility and Early Careers amongst others to support the business with our growth agenda.


What you'll be doing:

  • Operate as the centre of excellence for Talent related requirements. Providing thought leadership on all aspects of talent attraction, acquisition and management driving improvements across the business through upskilling and knowledge sharing.
  • Using data to advise and guide senior colleagues for effective and insightful decisionmaking. Distil complex information into key insights, clear recommendations, and action plans and present key talent success metrics to drive business decisions on continuous improvement in talent processes
  • Work collaboratively to identify any challenges, successes, and ways to improve delivery including recommendations on inclusion and diversity, timeline of activity, talent channels and routes to market supporting development of a skills based organisation and working with relevant delivery teams on archetype targeted attraction and engagement campaigns when required.
  • Have experience in developing and delivering a talent management strategy in a business partner role within a Corporate Banking/Markets environment.
  • Be comfortable with data. We're not looking for a data scientist, but you'll be analytical, informing recommendations (and storytelling is imperative).
  • Be Results oriented maintaining focus on agreed objectives whilst handling multiple shifting priorities.
  • Have a proven ability to collaborate, engage, negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrate resilience, operating in ambiguity and delivering results under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
