Sales Assistant Ideal Profile:

Demonstrated success in previous roles as a Sales Representative
Proficiency in using Simpro and/or Xero for efficient sales processes
Strong selfmotivation and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Confident in sales, negotiation, and effective communication abilities
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Skilled in cultivating and managing relationships, and open to receiving constructive feedback

Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

Convert cold calls into warm leads through direct sales approaches
Generate sales opportunities by conducting cold canvassing in both business and residential areas
Provide customers with technical knowledge and expert advice about the products
Cultivate relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling
Build a robust portfolio of longterm customer relationships, leveraging existing clientele for referrals
Perform warehouse tasks such as picking up customer orders, managing goods in/out, and making deliveries to local customers
Proficiently analyze the market, maintain sales records, and produce regular status reports
Provide occasional support on social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence
