Brief overview
This role is to support the Head of Marketplaces in meeting key commercial goals through leveraging and maximizing relationships with third party providers.
The providers we work with offer financial solutions for our customer base which can sit across Credit Card, Loan and non standard financial proposals and the team this role sits in is accountable for leveraging the providers to drive commercial growth for our internal and external traffic sources, as well as achieving profit goals for the Group.
Key responsibilities
- Establish meaningful relationships with a wide panel of third party providers. Act as the day to day contact for BAU management whilst also supporting the Head of Marketplaces in driving commercial performance.
- Identify and execute growth initiatives, working in tandem with external stakeholders to deliver customer growth, profitable returns for the partner and to ensure the team meets internal profit goals.
- Identify and execute journey improvements to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimal conversion flows.
- Work cross departmentally with Marketplaces, Marketing, Data, Design and Compliance teams to help deliver journey improvements and implement commercial levers.
- Interpret and act on key MI & Data reports to drive commercial performance.
- Conduct regular online and face to face review meetings with providers to discuss historical performance and align on meaningful and clear forward looking plans.
- Provide updates to internal stakeholders (up to Director level), both verbally and written, in regards to the commercial performance of each partner.
- Work with internal stakeholders to complete onboarding paperwork with prospective providers and ensure this is kept updated.
- Perform annual due diligence on existing providers.
Key attributes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Experience of relationship management and working with external third parties is essential.
- Confidence in articulating performance and updating progress on initiatives to internal management, up to Director level.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret MI & Data to drive commercial performance and highlight areas of improvement.
- Demonstrates initiative and a selfstarting mindset to spot and articulate growth opportunities.
- An understanding of digital customer acquisition journey and design flow is desired.
- Experience within a 'fintech' or traditional Financial Services firm is desired although not essential.
- Can adapt and thrive in working with a range of businesses from startups to large PLCs.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
