- Manage recruitment of Care Assistants
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Maintaining Care Assistant office files
- Ensuring all other records are kept up to date
- To work closely with the Care Manager, Care Co-Ordinator and Field Care Supervisor
- To be oncall in case of emergency
