An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Dudley, Wolverhampton and Southwest Staffordshire Breast screening service as Clinical Systems Co-ordinator.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to be responsible for the day-to-day management of screening PACS and other clinical systems used within the service.


The post holder will work within the Breast Imaging and have good links with the IT department and the Imaging department PACS team.

The post holder will be responsible for

  • Day to day management of clinical images and patient data stored on screening PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).
  • To lead on the Management of issues related to the interfacing of Trust systems with theNational Breast Screening System(NBSS).
  • Providing a support service to users of screening and symptomatic PACS, Breast screening information systems and Radiology Information Systems used within the breast screening service.
  • Be a trainer and link person to the Trust Information and Communications Technology (ICT) department
  • Image management
  • Support the Breast Principal Radiographer with the mobile breast screening trailer IT and network.
