Sous Chef - Monday to Friday - 38KA globally renowned contract caterer is in need of an experienced Sous Chef to work at a prestige site in North London
Key Info:
Salary:
£38,000 per annum +overtime
Hours:
Monday to Friday with occasional weekends (dependant on what events are on at site)
Location:
North London

Responsibilities:
Ideally someone with events, hotel and restaurant background, creative and will be leading canape and events kitchen
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a similar venue (B+I site with events)
- Experienced with canapes and leading large brigades focussed on events
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about food
