Description

Staff wellbeing is a top priority with staff involved in a dedicated wellbeing workstream, annual away days and access to an Employee Assistance Programme The Trust hosts the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research and the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre.

We are actively involved in research, and the service benefits from being a member of the Oxford Academic Health Science Network
  • Anxiety and Depression Network led by Professor David Clark.
Senior Administrators work with the Team Administrators to ensure the rota is covered and project tasks are complete.

We'll need to to work a varied shift pattern including 8am-5pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm and 12pm-8pm shifts, one late shift a week is required.
