Role: 1st Line Support

A growing MSP in Leeds are looking to add a 1st Line Support Engineer to their team on a permanent basis.
As the 1st Line Support Engineer you will act as the 1st point of contact for all customers of the business, resolving their issues to a 1st line level or escalating these to 2nd line where needed.

**Good communication skills - both written and verbal
**A drive and desire to learn and develop your skills
**Experience with Windows Server and Office 365
**Experience with / understanding of Networking
It would be advantageous if you have 1+ years experience within the IT Industry, particularly within an MSP environment.
