THE ROLE:


Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Bids, the Marketing Assistant role at Appello sits at the heart of our customer-centric growth strategy.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish, while also playing a key part in attracting new customers.


You'll achieve this by guaranteeing all products and services are equipped with the necessary pre/post-sales materials and keeping them up-to-date with product/service changes.

Additionally, you'll be leading the charge in measuring customer satisfaction through projects focused on Net Promoter Score and customer research initiatives.


Working alongside the Demand Generation Manager, your efforts will directly contribute to Appello's ambitious goal of achieving an increase in qualified leads.

You'll also collaborate with the Events and Content Manager to craft compelling content and execute a comprehensive online and offline event strategy


Hours: 35 hours per week


Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday 09:00- 17:00


Salary:
£23,000 (£11.79 per hour)
