Project Administrator
About the Position:
Requirements:

- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple locations throughout the year.
- Must have an active driver's license and be able to navigate the Kenton area on your own.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist project managers in coordinating and organizing construction projects, ensuring all administrative aspects are efficiently managed.
- Booking Deliveries: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to schedule timely and accurate deliveries of construction materials to project sites.
- Project Invoicing: Prepare and process project invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients and stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and uptodate records of projectrelated information, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other essential documentation.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project managers, team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and manage project data, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Documentation Assistance: Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by project managers.
- Office Coordination: Handle general office tasks, such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office organization.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and challenges, escalating complex matters to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Additional certifications or vocational training in administration or project management would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a constructionrelated environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of construction industry processes, terminologies, and procedures is beneficial
- Annual holiday allowance of 20days plus Bank Holidays

Compensation:
Hourly rate commensurate with experience and skill set
Salary:
£26,696.00-£29,558.00 per year
Benefits:
- Company pension
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kenton, HA3 0EB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
