We are currently looking for an Operational Services Administrator to join our London team.

Spafax is a full-service company media company specialising in aviation, creating innovative content and media solutions.

Our Operational Services team consists of metadata and operations professionals based in various offices around the world.

We are responsible for the delivery of encoded media and related metadata for the inflight entertainment systems of the world's leading airlines.

You will have an enthusiasm for audio-visual entertainment, impeccable organisational and administrative skills, good experience of excel and a strong attention to detail.

Tasks:

Metadata Entry:
- various aspects of collation, formatting, and quality control of metadata for multiple airlines as assigned
- entry/upload of images and synopses into various portals, databases and submission templates for onboard systems and airline websites/micrositesOperational support:

accurate entry of file requirements into internal and external databases

- creation of status grids and monitoring of file delivery, flagging up issues and discrepancies as relevant

Liaison with internal teams and thirdparty suppliers to ensure accurate and timely provision of all content

Key Skills

Strong admin skills with minimum 1 year in officebased role
Attention to detail
Strong organisation skills with good time management
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Awareness of cultural sensitivities
Competency in Excel is a must
Knowledge of Movie, TV and Audio content an advantage
Knowledge of the Arabic language, spoken and written an advantage
