The Role:


Our Communications and Engagement Manager will be responsible for our internal communications and colleague engagement service to London Stansted Airport.

This role will be acting as a business partner, working closely with our internal senior stakeholders, our Airport People Director and people partners to create and deliver innovative communication plans.

The communications and engagement manager will ensure there is consistent messaging both locally and across the Group, acting as conduit for the People team and the wider business on how to embed people interventions, new business processes and initiatives.

This role also offers the freedom of bringing fresh ideas to the table, managing channel frameworks and evaluating the effectiveness of current communication methods.

Evidence of being strategic in creating communication plans/ frameworks in previous roles will be highly beneficial for this role.
