About the Role:_


The Auto Enrolment team play an integral part within the True Potential group and oversee over £12 million worth of client investment.

The role entails liaising with accountants and business owners regarding the organisation's portal for all workplace contributions.

About You:_

  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fastpaced environment.
  • A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.

Duties/Responsibilities:_

  • Assist clients with their company workplace pension administration.
  • Be a first point solution for all auto enrolment enquiries.
  • Understand Business Insolvency and what this means for a workplace pension.
  • Excellent understanding of Office 365 and other software packages

Salary:
From £22,672.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Financial services: 1 year (preferred)
