Store Supervisor

Salary:
£10.65+ per hour with bonuses on top

Responsibilities;
Helping and supporting to manage the the store alongside the store management team
Supporting Store Management in achieving KPI's
Helping your team deliver great customer service
Delivering exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, Shrinkage and administration compliance
Complying with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
Use management information to make strategic business decisions
Enjoy being on the shop floor serving customers.
Be customer service orientated
Be highly motivated and ambitious
Be a self starter with a can do attitude
