Description
Duties:
- Supporting in the production and maintenance of long term financial planning
- Producing stress tests and scenario analysis
- Creating benchmarking data across the sector
- Reviewing investment appraisals
- Working with external JV partners on the financial analysis of projects
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance through financial models
Essential:
- CCAB qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience of using Brixx Financial Planning within a Housing Association
- Strong Excel skills
