Machine Production Operative - Trainee - Assistant

Salary £19,900 - £29,900 depending on position and shift pattern + overtime opportunities.
Higher salary for permanent nights working Supervisor.

Although Binding Operator experience is an advantage, no previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Average 39 hour working week - 12 hour shifts. 3.5 average shifts per week.

This is a factory based role, based in Roche, St Austell.
We are looking for 1 day shift and 3 night shift workers. Monday-Sunday am-18.00pm and 18.00pm-06.00am.

Key responsibilities include;
Setting and operating of binder lines in accordance with works instructions and to meet delivery deadlines.

Supervisor role;
Allocating tasks to crew members and overseeing H+S for your crew
Ensuring quality procedures are followed
Operator level Maintenance of equipment.
