We are actively looking for a Sales Support Executive.

Based in Bromsgrove, this is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team.

As Sales Support, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


  • Receive and process new enquiries from external sales, contractors, consultants, and end users, collaborating with the design team to manage estimates, customer interaction, and correspondence.
  • Manage sales diaries and provide presale customer support in conjunction with the sales team, ensuring clear communication of customer requests to relevant departments.
  • Monitor project status, liaising with internal design and external sales personnel as needed, and updating the main enquiry log (MEL).
  • Conduct predesign reviews with the external sales team before progressing to the design team and estimators, updating tenders and logging relevant changes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to introduce and manage a sales and marketing CRM system.
  • Coordinate with other ATS Group companies to gain knowledge of all group products, plan case studies and manage the photo library.
  • Provide basic technical assistance to potential customers from both UK and overseas, liaising with internal and external staff as required.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Company's products and a basic understanding of competitor products.
  • Manage sales brochures and collateral, and update sales forecasts in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Identify and escalate any potential creditworthiness issues with existing or potential clients to the Accounts Department.
  • Liaise between the Sales and Accounts Department to resolve paymentrelated issues swiftly if they arise.
  • Foster good working relationships with departmental colleagues and internal/external customers.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by management.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar sales support, sales coordinator or sales administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and timemanagement abilities.
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
