Milton Keynes College has opportunities to get involved in shaping the skills, behaviours and knowledge of
the next generation of team leaders, managers and HR professionals and if you can see yourself help
develop those skills by sharing your passion for these roles, then why not consider tutoring our adult
learners.

Our courses run using a hybrid approach - face to face classroom-based sessions combined with some
sessions delivered remotely in real time. Some lessons are held during the day, others in the evening and
perhaps an occasional Saturday morning.

Our students are keen to learn, and they welcome enthusiastic tutors to help them on their journey. No
previous teaching experience - don't let this put you offIf you are passionate about your profession
and can inspire and bring things to life for our students then we can help support you with training to help
you achieve your full potential, just as we expect you to be able to help our students achieve theirs. We
are recruiting bank staff who have the time and commitment to teach on either or all of CIPD, CMI and
ILM courses. If you are an experienced manager of people in any sector, especially construction or in
engineering, or have good HR experience then this might be for you. It is a truly rewarding job,
challenging at times but knowing you have played a part in sharing your own experiences to enhance
the prospects of others is a good feeling.
