A
vacancy has arisen for the appointment of a Business Support Administrator
(Grade C/D) within Business Support Services based at County Hall supporting
the Adult Learning Team.

We
require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care
skills to support the Adult Learning Team undertaking a wide range of
administrative duties including admin support for enrolment of learners
including on line support, accurate data input onto the management information
system, maintain an inventory of equipment and materials, support teachers,
ensure worksheets/resources are printed and supplied in a timely manner.

You will develop a positive working
relationship with our customers, teacher's, and the wider Adult Learning team.
You will also provide financial support including generation of invoices, Payments for courses over the telephone and in person. Training will be given to the appointed
person.

The successful applicant must have good keyboard skills and have experience in
literacy and numeracy skills are required and you must be able to prioritise
your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work
unsupervised as well as part of a team and be flexible in your approach.

You
must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have
knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities, Safeguarding and Health and Safety
requirements of working within an office environment.
