Strategic Technical Assistant for DITC International**
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Assistance: Assist the DITC Director in research, document preparation, and project management.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate the Director's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are wellorganised.
- Document Preparation: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of presentations, reports, and other essential documents.
- Travel and expense Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, and related logistics.
- Meeting Preparation: Arrange meetings, take minutes, cascade actions, and ensure all technical requirements for presentations or demos are met.
- Communication: Liaise with crossfunctional teams to gather and provide technical information prior to meeting and workshops.
- Project Management: Help monitor the progress of actions and project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Partner Management: Work with the wider DITC team to prepare material prior to partner meetings and workshops.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot minor issues related to the Director's initiatives and provide initial support before escalating to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in a semi technical role, preferably in a supportive capacity.
- Familiarity with digital technologies, software, and emerging trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in common office software and project management tools.
Desirable Attributes:
- Proactive, selfmotivated and selfstarter.
- Ability to understand and translate the technical needs of the DITC Director to actionable tasks.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and tasks with an aptitude for problemsolving.
- A team player who can also function independently when required.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
