Oxford Saïd, one of the world's leading business schools, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Digital Operations Officer to join our dynamic team.
As the Digital Operations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of our in-house digital platform, managing our partners and vendors, and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our esteemed customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics and integration of programme delivery across multiple platforms.
- Maintain and improve our digital platforms to enhance user experience.
- Develop and execute an operational plan to ensure seamless online programme delivery.
- Coordinate and plan key stakeholder meetings to foster effective collaboration.
- Implement new software solutions to enhance our digital delivery initiatives.
- Ensure the utility and functionality of our digital tools meet the highest standards.
- Track the progress of digital operations and provide regular reports and updates.
- Review and analyse programspecific data to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimise digital systems for better performance when necessary.
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will act as a brand ambassador, upholding the prestigious standards associated with Oxford throughout all phases of program delivery.
You will work closely with faculty, internal teams, and trusted external partners to deliver Oxford Saïd Online programs and create an elite service experience for participants.
Key Interfaces:
- Engage with the Online cluster, including Teaching and Learning and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate with Program Directors, Faculty, and guest speakers, as well as clients and participants.
- Work alongside internal teams, such as Teaching and Learning Initiative, Finance, IT/AV, Conferencing, and other operational teams.
- Coordinate with participant/clientfacing teams, including your own team of Oxford Saïd Online and wider teams such as Executive Education, Marketing, Programme Services, and Accredited Programmes.
- Collaborate with strategic external partners, including Shared Services Providers.
