About the Company:

As a barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.

In the first phase you will be creating an all new formula for our signature Vietnamese coffee with the founder.

This includes travelling to Vietnam tosource all the right ingredients to develop the perfect recipe.

Second phase includes launching the brand in the UK and The Netherlands on all online platforms. The final phase includes our store opening in multiple locations.

In these two phases, you will be preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, to fulfilour orders online, later on will be at the actual store locations.

You also will be in charge of the stock management and make sure everything is delivered on time to our customers.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to multitaskand work well under pressure.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with founder & local team in Vietnam to develop new and innovative coffee drinks

Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of coffee beverages

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks

Manage logistics and stock

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and equipment

Educate customers about our coffee products and brand

Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently


Requirements:

2+ years of barista experience

Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques

Have a creative mindset to design coffee & mix drink to another level

Bartender experience is a plus

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies

High school diploma or equivalent

Willing to learn more about bartending and mixing drinks
