HR Administrator ¦ Nottingham ¦ Up to £12.50 p/h ¦ Interim up to 12 months
Macildowie is delighted to be working with a Charity based in Nottingham, who are seeking an HR Administrator on an interim basis to start ASAP.
This fantastic opportunity, is based fully in the office for 37 hours per week and is paying up to £12.50 per hour working within a passionate, dedicated HR team.
- Handle facetoface queries regarding payroll and sickness absence.
- Support with contract writing and variations within the organisation.
- Maintain the existing HR database, ensuring personnel files are up to date.
- Support the HR team in recruitment and selection
- Complete monthly sickness and absence reports and timesheet audits
- Take meeting minutes and
- Have a passion for growing their HR career through exposure to new and exciting challenges.
- Have previous knowledge of HR or working within an admin capacity.
- Be confident communicating with and assisting a range of stakeholders.
- Experience in Payroll processes
- Previous exposure to the world of HR
