About The Role


Are you looking for a rewarding and meaningful career in care? Do you have a passion for helping people with dementia live well and enjoy their lives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Clifton Gardens care home in Chiswick.


As a care worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to our residents with dementia, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.

You will assist them with daily living activities, such as personal care, meals, medication and hobbies.

You will also help to create a warm and friendly atmosphere in the home, where residents feel valued and respected.


There are different post available:
Part-time, full time and nights.


About The Team You'll Be Working In


As a care worker at Clifton gardens, you will be working alongside other care workers in a unit consisting of 14 residents.

You will be reporting to a Duty Officer, who will supervise and coordinate your work. Other professionals also work in partnership with the home such as nurses, doctors, therapists and social workers.


The purpose of your team is to provide good quality care and support to our residents with dementia, who have different needs and abilities.

You will help them to maintain their dignity, independence and well-being, as well as their physical and mental health.

You will also contribute to creating a positive and stimulating environment in the home, where residents can enjoy a variety of activities and social interactions.

Your role as a care worker is very important and rewarding. You will make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families every day. You will also learn new skills and gain valuable experience in the care sector. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that values your contribution and respects your individuality.


About You
We value personal experience of caring for others, whether it is a family member, a friend, or a neighbour.

We also appreciate any skills or hobbies that you can share with our residents, such as music, gardening, cooking or crafts.

We believe that everyone has something to offer, and we will support you to develop your potential.


If you are interested in learning more about dementia and how to provide the best care possible, we will provide you with a comprehensive induction and training programme.

You will also have access to ongoing mentoring and supervision from our experienced staff. We will help you to gain the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed in this role.

  • A flexible and reliable approach to work. i.e follow a roster of Early and Late shifts.
