Description

A large company in Preston are keen to appoint an Assistant Accountant to join the team.

The is a great opportunity for an upcoming Accountant to gain great exposure to month and year end accounting processes whilst working towards their professional studiesCIMA or ACCA which will be supported by the company.

Being the number two to the Financial Controller your main duties will include:

Preparation of accounts for multiple company businesses
Reporting on stock and costings
Depreciation
Bank and Balance sheet reconciliations
Adhoc accounting duties

This role will suit an AAT studier or someone who is keen to start the CIMA or ACCA qualifications.

The ideal person will be commit to progression, thrive in a busy environment and have an enthusiastic and positive work ethic.
