Salary £40,000 up to £60,000 based on experience and performance.Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Perform thorough checks on all potential hires
- Negotiate tentative job offers with successful applicants
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to the team
- Ensure that you are meeting your induvial and team goals
- Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or headhunting role
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified individuals
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
£40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
