The Operations Co-ordinator sits within the Resort Services team and provides efficient and accurate operational support to the European business.


The Operations Co-ordinator supports these processes for all RCI products; RCI Weeks, RCI Points, Clubs and Registry Collection which are received from affiliates directly, the internal Business Development team, our customers, and other RCI functions.

In addition, operational support for other brands within our portfolio may also be introduced.


The main responsibilities are:

Enrolments:


  • Processing of new member & additional ownership enrolments for all RCI products inline with agreed affiliate SLA's.
  • Liaise with Finance, Business Development & Affiliate to resolve any enrolment queries/issues

Cancellations:


  • Processing of cancellation requests for all RCI Products
  • Conduct an account and inventory evaluation prior to logging Points Cancellations into the 12 month cancellation process
  • Frequent communication to key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of workflow

Inventory Loading/Deleting:


  • Timely & accurate loading and deleting of all acquired inventory to ensure maximum availability for our members
  • Responsibility for data hygiene and escalation of discrepancies to relevant Account Manager for resolution.
  • Conduct review of ownership and confirm fee status ahead of loading inventory received from our affiliates
  • Loading of a variety of different inventory types including; Bulk Banks, Reserves, Floating Inventory, Club payback, Freeze payback
  • Responsible for the verification of member and affiliate inventory to ensure that we have the right inventory available to our members at the earliest opportunity

Data Integrity:


  • Maintain accurate member account information on all RCI systems through accurate completion of requests
  • Creation and maintenance of automated data processing macros to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and health of global inventory queues

Reporting:


  • Processing of exception reporting to identify gaps in RCI & Affiliate member data & subsequent correction
  • Production and distribution of daily/weekly affiliate reconciliation reports
