RoyaleResorts are a rapidly growing company providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.
We are looking for a
Seasonal Holiday Park Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring the park is managed in line with the standards, objectives, and business expectation.
Responsibilities to include:

- Manage of all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the park
- Welcome and help direct all holiday booking arrivals
- To be responsible for the security of the park
- To ensure that the park is operated within the bounds of the site licenses
- Undertake risk assessments as required, maintain records, develop and document processes and procedures
- To direct maintenance team in ensuring flowerbeds, grassed areas, roads, pavements, campers lounge and other communal areas are immaculately maintained
- To provide practical and workable solutions to enquiries, calls, queries, and issues raised by customers and resolve within timescales set out by Management
- Actively maintain good relations with suppliers, contractors and tradesmen
- To ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered
- To ensure all customers are acting in accordance with site licenses and site rules as well company policies, processes and procedures
- To oversee the administrative function and provide support where necessary
- Manage staff through development of rosters, holiday requests/absence and performance management
- To ensure that staff are trained to meet statutory health and safety requirements and maintain all appropriate compliance and H&S records
- Ensure staff are trained and appropriately skilled/ticketed in the use of equipment, chemicals and pesticides to be able to carry out their duties safely and competently
- Ordering supplies, stock and equipment
- To make regular financial and operational reports to the General Manager

Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
Salary:
£13.00 per hour
