THE DAY JOB

  • Partner with our hiring managers to understand their needs and collaborate on defining job requirements, crafting compelling job descriptions and establishing an effective hiring process
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to identify and engage passive talent
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating interview panels and providing guidance to interviewers on effective interviewing techniques
