£11 P/H

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to an Early Help Area Leader who is in turn responsible for the post holder's health and safety, supervision, training and development.
  • The post holder will be responsible for providing support to families and their children through centrebased targeted activities and home visits. The Family Practitioner will work with other partners, including providers in the statutory, private and voluntarysector, parents and carers and with others in the communities within and across localities.
  • The post holder will be responsible for safeguarding themselves and others including attending to the health and safety of themselves and others as part of their role in line with Shropshire Council policies.
