About us
We are a growing Telecoms testing company working with some of the largest Mobile and Fixed-line Telecom operators in the world, we have customers in the UK, Asia, Africa, Middle East and North America.
The role and what you will need to succeed
We now require the services of an experienced System Administrator who is a dynamic and motivated individual to support a challenging role.
You will be instrumental in supporting the Operations team by maintaining technical systems and data to help deliver customer projects.
The output of your work will assist the business in delivering test solutions and meeting business strategy targets.Responsibilities/Skills
- Good IT skills with the ability to configure and update Window's computers
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using both Android and Apple IOS phones
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- System admin skills to organise inventory and maintain technical documentation
- High level of data input accuracy to ensure inventories and documents are correct
- Able to produce clear, concise and accurate written and verbal communications (in English) at all levels
- Ability to read and interpreting technical documentation such as system specifications, build documents, user guides etc
- Work in compliance with internal processes and systems
- A motivated attitude and show a keen desire to learn new skills and technologies
- Work effectively on both individual and team projects
Qualifications
- IT based degree preferred or A-Levels (or equivalent)
- Any other technical or professional certifications an advantage
Special requirements/Additional Information
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport preferred
