Level 2 in food hygiene at a minimum

This role is for a Cook, duties will include:

  • Cooking delicious and presentable meals
  • Being aware of different dietary needs and consistencies of foods
  • Creating seasonal menus
  • General cleaning
  • Basic paperwork
  • Ordering the food required weekly
  • Putting away deliveries
  • Temperature checks


We are a 30 bed Nursing home, we have varying levels of swallowing abilities so we have premade meals to fit the guidelines of each varying swallowing abilities as well as dietary needs such as gluten free or diabetic.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
