What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

Manage the day to day People Function to support growth strategy.
Develop and manage employee lifecycle processes.
Lead on talent acquisition activities internationally.
Coach, advise and work alongside all employees and line managers, providing support across the full HR remit.
Lead the performance and development review cycle.
Act as the organisation's brand ambassador on all peoplerelated matters.
Lead on or contribute to a range of varied strategic People projects, from valued and culture to talent management.

What is the company looking for?

Strong and varied HR experience, preferably non corporate
Previous experience within a startup or SME organisation.
A handson attitude to managing and delivering daytoday ER as well as project work.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust and work collaboratively in a diverse team.
