We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team in a Factory setting. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to production and assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Operate power tools and machinery to assemble products according to specifications
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Packing Parts into kit form
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Fabrication work
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production environment is preferred
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
