Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? Look no further than the Production Administrator position at TeamITG

As the Product Administrator, you will be the linchpin of TeamITG's content production process, ensuring that all product samples are delivered, distributed and dispatched efficiently to meet tight project deadlines.

You will work closely with both the project team and TeamITG to understand timelines and facilitate the smooth flow of product samples through the production process.

With a focus on customer service, you will be the primary contact point for tracking the delivery of samples and ensuring they are correctly distributed to the correct production team in a timely manner.

In addition, you will be responsible for collating samples following production and arranging couriers as required, all while providing regular status updates to the Project Manager.

You possess a winning combination of customer-focused management skills, content production knowledge, and project management expertise.
You'll be able to work confidently with both Customer Service teams and directly with customers, creating and presenting proposals as part of ongoing project reporting.
You'll also be commercially astute with an understanding of managing project costs, overseeing Operations Management of a team, and maintaining excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
