Position:
CNC Miller


Working Hours: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

They are searching for skilled individuals who are team players, self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude. Industry experience is a prerequisite to thrive in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet production deadlines with meticulous adherence to ISO9001 standards and thorough checks.
  • Efficiently manage time and machinery to optimize productivity.
  • Ensure finished components adhere to precise machining tolerances and required specifications.
  • A forklift truck license is desirable, though not mandatory.

Essential Skills and Competencies:


  • Time served CNC Miller with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fastpaced subcontract environment.
  • Proficient in employing best manufacturing practices for optimal results.
  • Demonstrates selfinitiative, forwardthinking, and a proactive approach, maintaining a tidy work environment.
  • Capable of both independent work and seamless collaboration within a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Inherently selfmotivated to consistently achieve outstanding results.

Compensation:


  • Fulltime position with a competitive hourly rate of £16.00ph.
  • Attractive shift premium in addition to a good basic pay.
  • Onsite parking for convenience and accessibility.
