Please note this role is NOT suitable for a recent Law Graduate.


Our client is currently looking for a great Legal Secretary to come and join the Dispute Resolution team within the firm.

They are looking for a strong administrator who can hit the ground running.

This is the opportunity to work for an award-winning law firm and be part of a busy and exciting team in their beautiful modern offices.

You will need to have previous experience in family or litigation law.

This role is most suitable for a strong administrator who would love to work within a growing law firm.

The role is based in Farnborough and is fully office based. The salary is £21,000-£28,000 dependant on experience. In addition to your salary, the company do offer a fantastic £1,000-£2,000 bonus too

Working hours are 9:00-5:30pm Monday - Friday based in the Farnborough office.


What will I be doing as a Legal Secretary?

  • Providing a full typing service (digital dictation used)
  • Opening files, raising bills, filing and general clerical work including minute taking at departmental meetings
  • Producing court bundles and collating documents to go to Counsel/Experts
  • Proficient use of Word and other Microsoft IT packages
  • Dealing with enquiries from clients both in person and by phone
  • Liaising with the Accounts Department over billing queries
