Property marketing assistant required for busy commercial property estate agents & chartered surveyors with good working knowledge of MS word.

excel, access etc.

Duties include dealing with property enquiries, maintaining website & databases, preparing adverts & property particulars, undertaking research, showing applicants around properties, negotiating deals, Liaising with solicitors and providing support and assistance to the surveyors and other members of the team.

Part time hours by arrangement 15 to 20 hours per week. On site parking and close to amenities.

Salary according to experience.
