Assistant Team Leader Leicester


As an Assistant Team Leader you are responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor in the day to day supervision of picking team sorting recyclables and efficient running of our plant at our recycling facility.

This is a hands-on role and applicants must be physically fit as you will be in the thick of the action with your team.

To be a successful assistant team leader you will need to:

  • have a good common-sense approach to tasks and challenges
- have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- be honest and reliable
- be self-reliant and organised
- be a good communicator at all levels and confident in all environments
- be proactive and adaptable.
- have a calm and considered approach
- work well in a team but apt in taking the lead

  • Have a basic understanding of machinery maintenance
- have a working knowledge of H&S

You will work 45 hours a week Monday to Friday, with Saturday morning working on a rotational basis.
