As a Presales Consultant at Morae, you will work collaboratively with the

sales team and directly

engage with customers to guide them through decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping customers identify the

right software solutions, determine the necessary services, and demonstrate how our

tailored offerings will address their specific business needs. Your role will involve

creating detailed Statements of Works (SoWs), conducting engaging customer meetings,

running impactful product demos,

calculating project costs, and fostering effective communication among the project, sales, and delivery teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Creation of Statements of Work (SOWs)**: Prepare comprehensive and accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, governance structure and costs of proposed solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- **Customer Meetings**: Conduct meetings and presentations with existing and potential clients to gather requirements, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
- **Running Demos**: Conduct product demonstrations of the complete iManage suite, showcasing the features and functionalities of the software solutions, to help customers visualize how our offerings align with their business objectives.
- **Calculating Costs**: Analyse and calculate project costs, considering software licensing, professional services, training, and any additional resources required to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for prospective clients.
- **Liaising with Sales Team**: Work collaboratively with the sales team, providing technical expertise and support during the sales cycle. Address technical queries, participate in proposal development, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- **Liaising with Delivery and Project Team**: Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery. To facilitate a smooth handover, provide them with insights into customer requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- **Solution Development**: Working with iManage to develop and tailor innovative solutions that align with customer needs and demonstrate a clear understanding of their pain points and objectives.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to continuously enhance product knowledge and maintain a competitive edge in the market.


REQUIREMENT
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software solutions, ideally across the whole iManage stack. Additional knowledge of the ELM, CLM or Case Management space is beneficial.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines set by multiple sales team members, and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. This role is about continual improvement of the team and the processes we deliver.
