Evolve is recruiting a global leading Pharmaceutical organisation who is in search of an enthusiastic and influential individual to join their team in a newly-created role as a Commercial Training Specialist.


You will work with the Key Account Managers to ensure that they are accurately equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to effectively promote their leading Dermatology and Biologics products.

This is a field-based role covering the UK, with 1 day per month in their West London Head Office. International travel is required 1-2 times per year.


Ideal Requirement for the Commercial Training Specialist

  • Strong training background within the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience of training commercial teams.
  • Training and/or coaching qualification would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the NHS.
  • Previous experience in a sales / commercial role will be beneficial.

Role Responsibilities for the
Commercial Training Specialist

  • Adapt and implement commercial training programmes.
  • Responsible for delivering training programmes that align with the company's global training strategy. This includes translating and customising Global Commercial training content and materials and organising training events.
  • Conduct training sessions responsible for delivering capabilities training sessions to customer facing sales representatives, and other commercial staff in the local markets. Also responsible for the training of new hires.
  • In field coaching responsible for coaching the sales teams within the field to drive Good Selling Outcomes and improve selling capabilities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness: responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and adjusting as needed.
