Description

Chartered wealth management practice based in the heart of Poole are recruiting for a IFA Administrator to join their team due to recent expansion within their advisory team. The nature of the role will be to support the team of Financial Advisers with the processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of new business as well as administrative support for existing clients.


In return you will receive a basic salary of upto £31k starting, financial rewards for introducing new business, employee events, flexible working after probation, death in service, pension 3%, a profit-related bonus scheme, career development, exam support and discounted financial advice.


Duties

  • Work effectively within the client servicing team to ensure that high service levels are provided to both internal and external clients.
  • Manage regular communication with clients and employees both facetoface and by written and telephone correspondence.
  • Dealing with the daily administration and submission of new business accurately and in a timeefficient manner.
  • Obtaining and preparing client review paperwork including client valuation reports.
  • Utilising the company CRM system to ensure that processes are followed, and tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that company systems and databases are kept up to date for audit purposes.

£25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
