Description

Our client, who are well-established and specialise in helping support both private and public sector clients with everything from fixing a printer, to migrating a technology estate into the cloud, due to an increase in business, are looking to add to theirteam.


The Role:

  • Mixture of 1st and 2nd line, and 3rd line support experience if you have it
  • In the office 4 days per week. 1 day per week in the region travelling to client sites (Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol, etc)
  • Must be able to get BPSS
  • Typical MS environment, so 36
  • Helpdesk Support
  • New user accounts
  • Troubleshooting
  • Network (VLAN, config routers useful but not essential).
  • Server Support (Windows) useful
  • Mixture of onpremises and cloud. Moving more to Azure, so a great opportunity for someone to get more exposure
  • Any experience around security would be great
This will be a full-time position with a basic salary of up to £35k per annum.
