Description
Our client, who are well-established and specialise in helping support both private and public sector clients with everything from fixing a printer, to migrating a technology estate into the cloud, due to an increase in business, are looking to add to theirteam.
The Role:
- Mixture of 1st and 2nd line, and 3rd line support experience if you have it
- In the office 4 days per week. 1 day per week in the region travelling to client sites (Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol, etc)
- Must be able to get BPSS
- Typical MS environment, so 36
- Helpdesk Support
- New user accounts
- Troubleshooting
- Network (VLAN, config routers useful but not essential).
- Server Support (Windows) useful
- Mixture of onpremises and cloud. Moving more to Azure, so a great opportunity for someone to get more exposure
- Any experience around security would be great
