Position overview:


Our Graduate Program in Operations offers an insight into end-to-end processes of a cutting-edge global manufacturing company and will help you to gain practical skills that are in high demand within the industry and beyond.

You will have an opportunity to work in our brand-new manufacturing plant in Kettering and get involved in an exciting start-up.

The program offers accelerated development on the job and through other channels over the course of 18 months.

It includes assignments across a wide range of manufacturing departments and divisions including:
Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Human Resources, Continuous Improvement (CI/Lean), Finance, Customer Fulfilment, and Sustainability.

This program is addressed to graduates with a university degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business studies.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Meeting goals set out at the start of the programme
  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with daytoday operations
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
  • Observing and learning from experienced team members
  • Liaising with mentors, project coordinators and other senior team members to evaluate progress
  • Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
  • Preparing documents and updating records
  • Traveling to different locations across the region and participating in daily operations as required

Experience and skills required:


  • Excellent communication written and verbal skills
  • Teamwork; ability to work in multicultural and multifunctional teams
  • Well organised and have a structured approach to work and study
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Selfstarter; highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to take responsibility and initiative
  • Fast learner and oriented to selfdevelopment: curiosity to learn and create a new way of building and/or improving systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
  • Flexibility; able to cope with fast changes within a growing company
  • Proficiency in MS Office
