We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various disputes, managing a diverse caseload, and providing clear advice on legal issues.

1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements.
3. Managing a diverse caseload including commercial litigation, property disputes, professional negligence claims, and contentious probate.
4. Providing clear advice on legal issues and making recommendations for courses of action.
5. Maintaining and building strong professional relationships with new and existing clients.
6. Collaborating with colleagues and other solicitors to provide support to junior staff or trainee solicitors.

Requirements

• UK Qualified Solicitor: A qualified solicitor with a particular focus in general Dispute Resolution.
• Strong Track Record: A strong track record of successful outcomes for clients.
• Negotiation Abilities: Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Academic Qualifications: Strong academics.
• Genuine Interest: A genuine interest in working on high-quality Dispute Resolution files for high net worth individuals.
• Business Development Experience: Business development experience or existing client following is beneficial.
