Description
Temporary Contract to carry out the painting of an 8 bedroom professional HMO in Halifax town centre. Works to be undertaken over 1-2 weeks.

Day rate can be negotiated but ideally we would look to agree a fixed price with a decorator for the whole job.

We are seeking a high calibre, hardworking painter and decorators(s) with an excellent attention to detail and work ethic to work alongside our existing team.


The Role
Duties

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
  • Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a painter or similar role
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and precision in work

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£16.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- painting: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Halifax (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Halifax: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
