  • They are looking for a number of operatives in to cover Walthamstow, Stratford, North London area.

Job Title:
Multi Skilled Tradesperson

  • Salary: £33876 per annum depending on skills and experience
  • Job Locations: Mobile
  • Hours: 40 hours
  • Contract Type: Permanent
We're looking for a Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the London regions, LOCATIONS, North London


With a relevant qualification in your primary trade as a carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting and decorating and tiling and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutionsto problems.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need.
