    Role Overview

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Presales Consultant with a background in solution architecture or design. As a key member of the consultancy's client engagement team, you will work closely with clients to shape value-driven Salesforce solutions that meet their unique demands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead discovery sessions to uncover business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
    • Design and present customized Salesforce solutions, focusing on Financial Services Cloud and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) Insurance Cloud, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
    • Develop solution proposals, including high-level architecture, technical roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
    • Act as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, facilitating seamless transitions to delivery teams.
    • Identify and propose Salesforce-based enhancements to client systems, demonstrating the consultancy's value in delivering innovative, scalable solutions.
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce advancements, enabling the delivery of best-fit solutions that meet client goals.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Extensive experience in presales, solution architecture, or solution design within the insurance sector or similar environment, with a focus on financial services and insurance.
    • In-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Financial Services Cloud and Vlocity Insurance Cloud.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
    • Strong client-facing expertise, with experience leading discovery workshops and presenting solutions.
    • Skilled in creating solution architectures, high-level diagrams, and roadmaps.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional consultancy teams.

    Desirable Certifications

    • Salesforce Certified Solution Architect
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
    • Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, CPQ)
    • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other advanced certifications
    • TOGAF Architecture Certifications

    Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
