Description
A great opportunity has arisen with a well-established school tour operator based near Nottingham. They are seeking an Accommodation Co-ordinator to join their team. This will be a hybrid role following a successful probation period.


Accommodation Co-ordinator responsibilities:


  • Working within the procurement team to research & source accommodation for a wide range of group tours
  • Securing competitive prices and allocations for group bookings
  • Managing provisional bookings, extenstions and cancellations
  • Confirming accommodation bookings and checking invoices from suppliers
  • Monitor customer complaints and liaise with the hotel to provide feedback to improve quality
  • Answer general accommodation queries for sales and operations teams.
  • Assist with arranging accommodation for inspection visits

Accommodation Co-ordinator skills required:


  • Strong attention to detail & excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a high level of written and spoken English.
  • A second language eg Spanish, French, Italian or German would be advantageous.
