Description
A great opportunity has arisen with a well-established school tour operator based near Nottingham. They are seeking an Accommodation Co-ordinator to join their team. This will be a hybrid role following a successful probation period.Accommodation Co-ordinator responsibilities:
- Working within the procurement team to research & source accommodation for a wide range of group tours
- Securing competitive prices and allocations for group bookings
- Managing provisional bookings, extenstions and cancellations
- Confirming accommodation bookings and checking invoices from suppliers
- Monitor customer complaints and liaise with the hotel to provide feedback to improve quality
- Answer general accommodation queries for sales and operations teams.
- Assist with arranging accommodation for inspection visits
Accommodation Co-ordinator skills required:
- Strong attention to detail & excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a high level of written and spoken English.
- A second language eg Spanish, French, Italian or German would be advantageous.
